RETURN POLICY

If you receive your ONLINE purchase and are not loving it, we want to help! It’s important to DASY European Style Boutique to make sure each client is happy with all of their items - feel free to contact us at any time with questions or concerns. Should you want to return your product, we've included the following steps to make the process as easy as possible. 

  • Please email us at dasy@dasyeuropeanstyles.com within

    3 business days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return any or all of your items

  • To be eligible for a return, returning merchandise must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned merchandise is packaged safely as we cannot accept damaged returns.

  • DASY European Style Boutique is happy to offer a full refund for online orders within 14 days from when your purchase is delivered. Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund.

  • Please Include: a copy of your invoice, contact information and a brief description of the reason for the return.
